Clinical Supervision
for STUDENT INTERNS AND LICENSED Clinicians in WA state*
My approach to supervision is collaborative and holistic. I enjoy working with supervisees who already have a sense of how they want to show up for their clients, but may not always know how to get there. I especially enjoy self-of-therapist reflection and developing your clinical intuition as part of our work together. What is present for you is in the room already, so let’s work with it. I am committed to helping you develop into the individual or relational clinician you want to be, or to support you along your journey as a therapist wherever you are at on your path.
My clinical expertise: I am a queer relationship, individual, and sex therapist (LMFT, CST). I am attachment-forward, trauma-trained, and invested in integrating the somatic, cognitive, and emotional wisdom my clients possess. I primarily focus on serving the LGBTQIA+ community, women, non-binary, and genderfluid folks, those looking for increased connection in their relationships, non-monogamous and kinky folks, those who want to explore their sexuality and enrich their sexual selves, and neurodivergent folks. I also enjoy working through life transitions (grief, divorce, relational rupture), creating healthy and secure attachments, and helping folks to set and maintain boundaries in various relational contexts. I am not a “blank slate” therapist or supervisor. My approach, though warm and attachment-centered, is direct, collaborative, and empowering. I have a background in grassroots organizing/advocacy, politics, research, and service-oriented work that I bring to my practice.
Rates:
At present, I am setting the rate for supervision as “pay your rate” - meaning whatever you charge your full-fee clients is what our rate will be. If, as part of supervision, you need help determining your clinical rate we will collaborate on this together.
Getting started:
If you think we might be a good fit for supervision, please reach out to schedule a free 20-minute introductory meeting using the “Work with me” form.
*Note: I will begin accepting associate-level supervisees in July, 2026 as a Washington State Approved Supervisor.
