You love each other—but something keeps happening:
The same argument keeps coming back
Things escalate faster than you expect
One of you pushes and the other shuts down
You both leave conversations feeling misunderstood
You find your way back to each other eventually, but you want to do conflict differently
It’s not that you don’t care.
It’s that you don’t have the tools to interrupt the pattern.
WHAT THIS IS
A structured, 3-session workshop focused on:
Nervous system regulation in conflict
Clear, effective communication tools
Understanding and shifting your conflict cycle
Practicing new ways of responding
This is not group therapy. You won’t be processing your relationship in front of others. Participation is structured and skills-focused.
You’ll be learning and practicing concrete tools.
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
The ability to slow things down before escalation
Tools to self-regulate instead of react
Language to express needs without triggering defensiveness
Skills to actually hear your partner
A clear way to repair after conflict
WHO IT’S FOR
This is a great fit if:
You’re an LGBTQ+ couple who feels generally safe together
You want to improve communication without doing long-term therapy
You’re both willing to try new tools
WHO IT’S NOT FOR
This workshop is not appropriate if:
Conflict is highly escalated or feels out of control
There is active fear or abuse in the relationship
There is current crisis or suicidality
If that’s the case, a more supportive therapeutic setting is recommended.
